Theme
You can find themes in many things. Some things you can find theme in songs stories and books. Some themes are courage, acceptance, and perseverance, friendship, responsibility, compassion, cooperation, and honesty, and kindness those are some themes. Most people when they think about theme they think books not really songs or movies. Theme really means the message or THE MEssage. Or theme can be a life lesson but most of the time that is called the moral or life lesson. We have been learning a lot about theme like finding it in books paragraphs and even songs and long books. Those are some things about theme that I know I hope you remember those things about theme.
Student Blogging Challenge #6
This week for our student blogging challenge we had to pick a country or state from our cluster maps and I chose California. Did you know that is is so sunny there that California make at least half of the Us’s fresh fruit. Also, did you know that earthquake-prone San Andreas Fault runs down California’s length. Another fact about California is that it is home to Death Valley–280 ft. (85) below sea level. Did you know that the population in California is 37,254,000.Also, Did you know that California joined on September 9 1850 as the 31st state. The state abbreviation is CA. The state flower is the California Poppy. Then the state bird is the California quail. Then the state’s nickname is The Golden State. California’s state capital is Sacramento. then the state motto is (Eureka) I have found it. here are some pictures of California. 
Wheelchair Cavs
players videoIn school today we had a assembly. The people who came in was the wheelchair Cavs. There names were Sparkles (Dan) Darren Shawn and Vince. It was really cool. In the beginning they told us about how the wheelchairs they use for basketball and how regular wheelchairs are different. They are different because the wheelchairs they use have slanted wheels so they go faster and the wheelchairs they use also have shorter backs so they can tilt back. Regular wheelchairs don’t have that. One thing I thought was cool about the wheelchairs they use they can fall backwards. Then they played and showed us there disabilities. Sparkle’s disability was his spine didn’t grow all the way. Darren’s disability was that when he was in the military someone lay a bomb on him and his leg fell off so he didn’t really need a wheel chair but he uses one. Vince’s disability was he was in a car accident and broke his spine. Shawn’s disability was he fell off a ladder and broke his spine. Then they called up teachers to play so Mrs. Campagna came up. Then after that the assembly was over.

Special Olympics
Hello,
This week is Disability Awareness week and I just watched a video about a girl in the Special Olympics. One thing we have in common is we both do sports. I think in she got treated badly because she was really shy and didn’t really talk. The theme in her life is maybe perseverance because she didn’t really talk a lot so she probably felt a little out of place. Another theme in her life in courage because she might of not had a lot of friends. She just started talking not a while ago. So she probably just started getting people to understand her and getting friends. She probably felt scared when she didn’t talk I’ve felt scared before when on my radio there was things like people doing bad things other people. That is another reason we are alike. One other reason we are alike is I’ve been about shy to talk to people when I don’t know them that is one reason we are alike. The video made me feel happy because she talked in the video. The video was about her. The beginning of the video was about her writing on a glass wall then in the middle she was golfing then cracked a hole in the glass wall and it broke and fell down. Once there was a girl playing with her mom’s work IPad. Then she left to go to her friends house and she accidentally left it there. sine they went to the same school they could of brought it to school but there was a rule NO ELECTRONICS so they couldn’t….
Things I got for Christmas
These are some things that I got for Christmas. From my grandma I got a blue north face. Then from my elf on the shelf Spencer I got a really cool chair that looked like it was made of ropes. Then from Santa I got 2 new coats. Then from my mom and dad I got tickets to the One Direction concert in August. Then I got a iPhone5 from my mom. Those are some things i got for Christmas.
