This week for our student blogging challenge we had to pick a country or state from our cluster maps and I chose California. Did you know that is is so sunny there that California make at least half of the Us’s fresh fruit. Also, did you know that earthquake-prone San Andreas Fault runs down California’s length. Another fact about California is that it is home to Death Valley–280 ft. (85) below sea level. Did you know that the population in California is 37,254,000.Also, Did you know that California joined on September 9 1850 as the 31st state. The state abbreviation is CA. The state flower is the California Poppy. Then the state bird is the California quail. Then the state’s nickname is The Golden State. So then when you login at the top to make sure its you it will say hi then your name with no spaces. Then you pick a actitivite then pick another one inside that then another inside that to complete then there are lots to finish. Those are some things about compass learning.
